Ces séances animées par Irina offrent un accompagnement personnalisé qui permet à chacun d'atteindre un objectif. Chacun progresse à son rythme, apprend en faisant et termine la séance avec une autonomie renforcée. Ces ateliers peuvent être proposés dans le prolongement d'un Café pour tous.
